When you send an EcoSlip like a prescription, personal information such as your contact and address details, ID number, Loyalty card number and the scanned prescription will be emailed to the selected recipient in clear text format. The person/s that has access to that email will be able to read and process the content in order to provide the necessary service and to contact you directly, should they have any queries.

A digital EcoSlip may include prescriptions, complaints and service requests. Subscribers may send EcoSlips similar to what they would do with any other email software like Microsoft Outlook. However, we do not condone spam and any abuse should be reported immediately to EcoSlips.com.
